Due to the general COVID-19 situation around the world, here at DUOZ SWIM we’ve developed an international relief program which includes FREE shipping for all orders going to any destination within the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zeland. This program does not have an expiration date. Once an end date has been determined, we will notify all our clients through our newsletter, website and social media accounts. After the COVID-19 relief program ends, our shipping policies will go back to their previous terms and conditions. Please find them below:

Please allow 1-3 business day for order processing (orders are not processed on the weekend), with the exception of Gift Cards and Pre-Orders. Once we ship your order you will receive an email with a shipping notification containing your tracking number. A signature may be required on orders over $400.
Orders that include Pre-Order items will ship at one time as one order when the Pre-Order items are in-stock. The in-stock date listed on Pre-Order product pages may change at any time and is the estimated date the item will become in-stock and ship out.

Duty, customs tariffs, and vat are set by the destination country. They are based on the purchased merchandise's country of origin or manufacturing and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system. Please check your local customs website for more info.
DUOZ SWIM cannot reimburse customs in any capacity. These fees are charged by the country of import so we have no control over any customs/duties fees associated with your order. DUOZ SWIM is not responsible for lost items if customers refuse to pay customs tariffs.
DUOZ SWIM is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if confirmed delivery by tracking.
DUOZ SWIM is not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered to the address where the order was placed.
